Looking for a different way to get into better shape?
Our adult class offers a fun, energetic workout that will help you improve your strength stamina, and help you lose weight. This program is available in our New Westminster, Surrey and Ladner locations. In each class, you will get a warm-up, a cardio/fitness component to make you sweat, and various activities to improve your overall strength and endurance. Every class offers a different challenge, and there are plenty of short and long term goals to motivate you.

We offer a blend of martial arts which draws from the strengths of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Kung-fu, Hapkido, Hwarang-do, Escrima, Arnis, weapons and our “real life” self-defense scenarios.
